TATWEER’s photo montage video reel was showcased at the inauguration ceremony of the newly formed oil company Tatweer Petroleum, presided over by HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, the Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
TATWEER – meaning “Development” in Arabic – is a joint venture company between the National Oil & Gas Authority [NOGA], Mubadala Development Company, the sovereign wealth of fund of Abu Dhabi, and Occidental Petroleum Corporation.
Brought in at the last minute, Masadir Media was set the task of turning historical archive photographs of Bahrain’s oil industry into an entertaining video reel. Quickly weaving his magic our editor, Mario Sioco, set to work by turning what was plain 2D elements into a 3D wonder. It was quick, effective and to the point of the client’s brief.
