I designed this garden before I left on a brief holiday to Italy and entrusted the job of actually turning my plans to reality to my trusty gardener Roy who was ably supervised by the one and only Sangeetha Pereira. Our driver/cameraman’s assistant in-training Ali Salman pitched in too. It took them 3 or 4 days to complete the job which is excellent!
I think we will thank them all for their hard work in just a few short months from here when everything blooms and this will be a preferred place for all of us to congregate in. Chair and a table will be procured soon!
The plants I put in were ixoras, patunias, allysum, a frangipani which I chopped off of one of the frangipanis I have at home, an oleander which we inherited, geraniums, pennisitum fountain grasses, and some aloes, agaves I have purloined from my garden.
